Sea Moss PreparationRinse for 60 seconds a hand full of sea moss (approx. 2 oz.) thoroughly in warm water. |

Add three parts hot or warm water to sea moss and let sit for an hour. |

Blend to a fine puree and add any juices one to one. Add the juice you like 1 to 1 and blend again and put it in the refrigerator. |

If it is too thick just add more juice and blend again until you get the consistency you desire. I general consume a 12oz glass every morning.
